UNGA-BUNGA VOLCANO = CLIMATE CHANGE
In December 2021, an eruption began on Hunga Tonga–Hunga Haʻapai, a submarine volcano in the Tongan archipelago in the southern Pacific Ocean. The eruption reached a very large and powerful climax nearly four weeks later, on 15 January 2022.
>This nigga erupted for four whole weeks
>underwater volcano
>That means steam heated to thousands of degrees boiling up into the atmosphere the entire fucking time.
>steam picked up by jetstream, which shids and fards this hot, moist air all over the planet, and has its own path warped to shit in the process.
>After 4 weeks, the volcano just fucking explodes.
>superhot steam jet punches right through the jet stream, and through the Earth's atmopshere into fucking space
From NASA:
>"The underwater eruption in the South Pacific Ocean also blasted an enormous plume of water vapor into Earth’s stratosphere – enough to fill more than 58,000 Olympic-size swimming pools."
From the Journal of Climate
>"The simulations show that the SWV anomalies lead to strong and persistent warming of Northern Hemisphere landmasses in boreal winter, and austral winter cooling over Australia, years after eruption, demonstrating that large SWV forcing can have surface impacts on a decadal time scale"
>While water vapor absorbs heat and contributes to warming, its concentration in the atmosphere is largely determined by temperature. Increased temperatures lead to more evaporation, which increases water vapor, which further enhances warming, and so on. This is a feedback loop where water vapor amplifies the effects of other greenhouse gases like CO2
I read somewhere that now it's expected to fuck the climate until at least 2038, but I forget where. "Decadal" would mean at least 2032. No one seems to know for sure how long this is going to last.
Climate troons on suicide watch.

so global warming fags are unaware the current weather anomalies are caused by this volcano from a few years ago?

>current weather anomalies
the only anomaly is clinate terrorists cant decide what to latch onto. it was global warmingerino, but now everything not in the 20-30c range is muh climate change, please forfeit your possessions and die already

don't forget all the multi-megaton nuclear bombs they exploded over the pacific for 50 years

yesterday the BBC news had a big thing about Heatwaves. officially a heatwave in the UK is 3 days above 25-28c. they made a big deal about it being 32 degrees in the middle of summer. that is just summer.

'tis even worse.
water vapour is THE worst greenhouse gas, much worse than methane and carbon dioxide. there's no exact figure by how much did this event increase the amount of stratospheric water vapour, estimates range between 10 and 30%.
therefore: we are incapable of measuring the amount of the most important greenhouse gas beyond that very wide range. whatdoes that mean for the precision of all the climate models?

Australia has had four La lina periods in a row since the big bang and the esno meter is only now in neutral and will probably go negative again. El Nino weather patterns have been the normal phase for Australia in the 21st century and late 20th which meant much drier conditions for Australia.
They're completely full of shit about CO2, it has a small role in the overall scheme of things compared to events that can actually alter climate cycles.

If the volcano is capable of atmospheric heating via greenhouse effect does this not mean the premise of anthropogenic climate change is valid? You can't really have one without the other.

nigga aren't clouds basically water vapor? wtf
