What did you inherit from genetics side and what you did in your early childhood counts lot.

In the growing stage your muscles and skeleton did not get enough stimulus, later you will not able to rearrange and the base skeletal structure of your body.

So, in the past people went out to the ground, into the nature and played, fell, hit, broke and so. This made them stronger.

You're comparing a tall person to a manlet. I am 6 ft 2 and weigh 220lbs by default off 3 basic meals per day without lifting a single weight. Most gymcels are manlets who lift weights because they want to feel "big" and celebrate when they hit 190lbs after 5 years of steroids and "lifting".

There is actually some truth to this. While majority is genetics, kids need to be active every single day and start weights/ heavy exercise when they hit middle school, and esp high school. When I was growing up my dad would lock the doors all day so I was forced to make friends around the neighborhood and go out inna woods and build forts and bridges and knock down trees and shit. My bike was my ticket to freedom. It was actually pretty fucking kino in retrospect and Iโ€™m glad White people (at least where in live) and raising their kids the same.

Nah Iโ€™m a natural skinnyfag (135 lbs 6โ€™1 is what I always end up at if Iโ€™m not eating huge meals every time) I went to jail when I was 18 and realized I was way outstrengthed by dam near everyone and I made it my mission to put some muscle on. I made 190 in about 8 months. I never go above 190 tho by this weight I always have a little layer of fat, I usually cut back to 165lbs and let myself slide back towards 135 until the motivation to eat and lift come back to me. When Iโ€™m not trying to bulk I donโ€™t lift, just isometrics and running, (Iโ€™m a longtime addict ~14 years, with 6 months clean off dope today) I can say that long distance running is probably the best medicine for someone with mental illness after 4 miles of running my heart out I am cured of autism for usually the rest of the day

That's the point of stretching, memeflaggot. The vast majority of people run around with stiff, shortened muscles forcing them into terrible posture and limiting their range of motion.
If your head moves infront of your chest while resting and standing, you shouldn't "lift", because your neck, shoulder and chest muscles are too tight to support additional muscle mass -- you're just risking injury and effectively limit your already abysmal range of motion.
If you fail to perform basic movements like this:
you frankly have no buisness building muscles until you restored your mobility and flexibility.

Chuck Heston was a natural giga chad with extra broad shoulders. Look at the shoulder width of his male costars in the movies he is in. They are normal even by today's standards. Several of them were not wimps, they selected to make the main character tougher. They played characters who were as tough or almost as tough to make Heston's character heroic or part of an awesome team of men. That gymcel also has gigantic trapezius muscles which give the optical illusion that his shoulders are narrower than normal. I am a femanon by the way. Not defending nor condemning guys who want to gym max. Better than a couch potato and an good self-improvement, but you often can't mask the lack of giga chad genes.

Gymcels are pump addicts and mentally ill (like trannies) dysphoric and insecure pussies (who can't fight), who are stuck in the positive feedback loop of getting a good pump and thinking (since it feels good) "oh this will make me look big, if I'm growing big then that is good because change=good because I just made effort, which means that is good, it can't be bad because it was hard, and everything hard=good". <--- the trap 99% of gymcels fall into, which makes them look like disfigured monster retards who have 0 aesthetic taste and knowledge on what actually visual appeal and beauty is.

When i said relaxed, i didn't mean pulling the muscular tissue as in ''feeling that stretch''. Stretching is okay after physically stressful activity just to relax, i guess mentally more than physically, and it will prevent unnecessary tightening but nothing more than that. If you actually need wider range of movement, then you need stability. You need stability of the hip flexors to to the full squat, not ''flexibility'' of the glutes, hamstrings or whatever. Same with neck and shoulder area, it's really just the spine that puts everything else into balance. If you isolate some xyz muscle, you'll disrupt the kinetic chain and it just becomes pointless.

The point of working on flexibility/mobility is to avoid pointless, dysfunctional isolation. Why do you think "gymbros" waddle around awkwardly? The "gymbro" culture is defined by rushed suboptimal/detrimental and isolationary routines, abysmal supplement-based diets and substances (steroids), hence it creates dispropprtional and malformes hulks with ruined joints, ligaments and other injuries.

Memeflaggot, responsible gym users are unicorns. Most people interested in the health benefits of excersise take their time to educate themselves and consequently skip the subscription and the industrial waste sold as supplements. You won't find them in a gym, because they'll have learned about Callisthenics and invested a fraction of the money gymcattle spends on the regular on equipment (pull up bar, dip bar, barbells if eveb) and proper diet.

I get what you're saying but I'm just very conservative about stretching as well. If you can't do the split, you can stretch to your limit of comfort and with time you'll get there as it gets more and more comfortable, right? I simply don't think this is true. It won't happen if you can't distribute your weight in a stable, non-disruptive manner and this loss of control happens way before any feelings of discomfort. For instance, when you transfer your weight to one foot and the other, at the end of it in needs to be 100% on one foot, while the opposite foot, knee and hip are stable but under zero load.

Bring back marriage traditions in which the father of the bride had ultimate veto. We're on the 3rd-4th generation of women making all mating choices and ignoring any input from their fathers. They are choosing "cute", effeminate men that are more submissive, and masculine traits are dying off. In the past if some weasely effeminate guy was hanging around a woman in your family, the men would compel him to leave. Our faggy law enforcers preventing strong men from being this immune system against weak genes entering their families certainly doesn't help.

That's reasonable.

Yes, hence there's no point bulking up muscles before your body is back to its natural mode of function. Stretching in my book includes working on stability, whereas building muscles exceeds what's naturally necessary to sustain support holds etc. -- adding muscle mass to a body that is neither flexible, mobile nor stable spells disaster.

Talking Heads were annoying as fuck, along with the whole 'world music' phenomenon.
The 80s were wonderful, but Paul Simon, Talking Heads, Peter Gabriel, and a handful of other acts can go straight to hell.
