The answer to this would be in a seriously audit and tangible demonstration of how their monetary system functioned for the entirety of the NSDAP time in office. There's lots of claims about it and a lot of people who will tell you how it was but very few back it up. I'd say you'd need some time in the German archives to know for sure. No one has really done much regarding this. If I had to bet, I'd bet Hitler was controlled opposition just based on his history but it's hard to know for a fact either way unless you could go looking in the archives.
