No, it is not at this point yet. This is the idea of the future that AI companies are selling to investors. Self-developing AI is perpetually two years away. Right now all they have are shitty chatbots which aren't actually intelligent

Many old benchmarks are contaminated, yes, but the best current benchmarks like Humanity's Last Exam, Frontier Math, etc, aren't, they're private datasets. In addition, there's bunches of benchmarks where the entire question set is exchanged out, like Live Bench.
