Why won't my tick bites heal after 3 months? Sometimes there are very knowledgeable people here. They scab, I pick scab off, it bleeds, repeat for 3 months. I went in the woods and got 100 bites on my legs. My legs look like a homeless meth head dying of AIDS.

But otherwise I'm skinny, fit, healthy, good diet, drink almost only water, get lots of sunlight, decent exercise, etc

Maybe they are chiggers. Those things burrow in deep and cause what seems like an empty hole instead of a normal bite.

Also, why are you picking the scabs off? You need them to heal properly.

You got blood anemia from losing too much blood. This coupled with the shit ton of literal ozempic tier saliva they emit gave you illness and haemophilia. Constant bleeding. In the wild, animals like monkeys groom each other and eat them to recover lost nutrients. Humans can mimic this with a bath, cleaning and a juicy steak dinner.

Retard, you might have possibly developed a disease where you can't eat meat anymore. Go to a doctor

Rub you legs down with ivermectin paste after these incidents, helps with the itching and irritation.

Tick bites should not leave any trace once removed. They are either badly infected or they were not tick bites. Spider bites perhaps. Regardless go see a doctor before parts of you start falling off.

It sounds like fire ant bites, but even those should heal after 4-6 weeks.

Depends on the tick. We have Black-Legged Ticks here and those fuckers leave behind a puss filled ulcer that can take weeks to heal properly.
Wood ticks and Dog ticks barely leave a mark.

Draw a bath and put a bottle of hydrogen peroxide in it, maybe two if you have a big tub. Bath like this daily/twice daily. It works really well for me, I hope it helps you.
