Ie, if you get clobbered by a car, your status of having a job or not is irrelevant to the healthcare demands you will impose upon the system. All it does it shift costs to localities (in this case, states and hospitals), meaning that more clinics and hospitals in more rural (aka whiter) areas are likely to shut down.

You would want your state's people to have some kind of insured health access to prevent those kinds of results. That's not about their individual characteristics. Whether they are employed or not is largely irrelevant.
