Okay, so that's what I did and now I have a one-stop-shop where I do fingerprint rolling, taxes, insurance, sell homes, and am currently in the process of starting my own apartment finding service (you don't need a special license to do that). And I'm pretty happy. I make 2% of all sales with my current broker because they do most of the work while I just show properties and get the paperwork signed...but you can make more. I sell about 3 homes a year and make 30k+20k doing taxes/fingerprints/insurance....I hardly ever work because I'm lazy and I get a free apartment that I manage. So that 50k is ALL MINE. I'm leaving a few things out because this post is already too long, but if I can do this, ANYONE can do it too. You could all have completely different lives in about a year. I was a heroin addict and was jonesing for the first part of this journey...and in about two years I completely turned my life around—like unrecognizable.
