I had this weird ass chick just randomly stall her car every day for 3 weeks in front of my parents house. It was bizarre. There is plenty of space because we live in front of a park. The reason that car is parked on the street is because it most likely would need to be moved in order for the car(third car in the garage) to leave. Me and my roomates have the same issue.
