Article 1
>Constitutes content that undermines the fundamental principles of the Republic: any statement or publication, regardless of the medium:
>1° Which directly and publicly incites hatred or violence against a group of people or institutions because of their commitment to republican values, as defined in Article 1 of the Constitution;
>2° Which calls into question the democratic, secular, and indivisible nature of the Republic;
>3° Which promotes a political or legal regime based on principles contrary to those of the Republic, in particular theocracy, communitarianism, or supremacy based on gender, origin, sexual orientation, or religion.
Article 2
>The production, dissemination, or public advocacy, by any means whatsoever, of anti-republican statements as defined in Article 1 is punishable by three years' imprisonment and a fine of €45,000.
>These penalties are increased to five years' imprisonment and a fine of €75,000 when the acts are committed:
>1° In a group;
>2° Through an online public communication service;
>3° Or by a person holding public authority or holding an elected office.
