Mexico is going full digital ID with biometric data. This ID is mandatory and they will also give you a physical card that you will use everywhere. Even when shopping online or in physical stores.

The ID number will link all you personal information, like health, phone conversation, even every shopping you do and will be updated in real time.
I bet it will be required to also, if you want to use the internet.

Total and absolute invigilation, in real time.

No wonder Mexico got its first jewish and female president.
I thought it would be the EU or USA that would get this first.
They are probably testing it first in Mexico.

Sweden's 7-year, 98.8% cash-free, CBDC pilot just failed
Swedish officials said a sole-CBDC was a national security threat, only enriched the already-rich and cut the vulnerable entirely out of society.

Just don't comply, I don't even know how they could implement this in Mexico because it's a corrupt country where no one gives a fuck, most places probably don't even have cameras outside of Mexico City.

some of my older pasta on the subject:
Only 3 countries have a trial CBDC:
China (tired of being sodomized by the NYFed)
Ukraine (also currently being sodomized by the NYFed)
Sweden (fully, voluntarily-cucked by the NYFed), willing to try a CBDC, like no country ever seen before

If you have ever been to Mexico a single time you would know this is complete and total horseshit. The tech just is not there to reliably track individuals with data like this, and won’t be for decades

and trump just banned a cbdc in usa but is pushing for privately-issued, debt-based (lol) stablecoin tokens b/c the Fed is fucking broke and can't even afford to fucking issue fiat

BTC provides three functions for the Fed:
1 the destruction of private, non-debt-based stablecoin crypto use as a currency
2 a potential global financial crisis
3 BTC market price arbitrage to give one last fleecing to boomers fleeing the Federal Reserve Note

The NYFed’s primary dealers and their ilk want to tokenize all asset classes so they remain in a top, untouchable tier of shareholders that takes no risk and always gets paid.
pic related: JPMC is JPM, the largest owner of the NYFed private franchise
The NYFed-ilk BlackRock and Citadel have just opened a new exchange in Texas, where there are no capital gains on metals.
So, they are likely looking to have some con that involves switching from one asset class token to another (from treasuries tokens to MBS tokens to metals tokens) via blockchain asset tokens, then leaving with their gold assets with no capital gains.
These asset tokens would also allow fractional ownership, so they can fleece even the poorest investor.

Central banks are now acquiring gold to back their own currencies, NOT to convert from gold to digital, but to give them a seat at the NYFed/BIS/IMF TOKENIZED ASSET table
the global pie is getting bigger for these classists, as they sell each of their own nation's future productivity, making the domestic pie much smaller for each citizen.

i don't know all the laws around the world, but this law is extremely invasive
i wonder which country will be next in line

it will track everything people in mexico do and it will create a single database, everything, even your location in real time if you have a cellphone
it will all go to a permanent record, i guess nobody will be allowed to criticize the government anymore

i think the implications are obvious, let alone what criminals will do with such information, once they get access, and they 100% will, the government itself is very corrupt

sounds like a nightmare to me

We could even cook some meals together and when I slide on you I'd put the meat up so it doesn't like bother her too much. And with a 12 hour notice I could slow down on meat consumption.

They will kill people for their cards.
They will force innocents to perform tasks for them they are no longer able to do themselves.
They will bribe civil servants to create false cards.

Crime will change, not get less.

how will that help? having your shopping history? your health history? and all the people, from birth

they already had a system to track cellphones when a person was missing, it was much more controlled and not universal to ALL people ALL the time
but for some reason they seldom used it, even when family member asked for it, go figure

the government is not interested in fighting the cartels, this is just another excuse for total surveillance and censorship

This. Although their government buildings do have a fairly modern level of face recognition at entrances, a level startling to anyone who has ever entered and looked around the country itself. It carries same vibe as the Nigerians walking around in fine clothes through piles of trash in Nigerian streets.

There are people in Mexico who don't even speak Spanish. They are Aztec or Yucatec or whatever and practically live in a different century.

You can't make a hard and fast rule just for city cucks because the lines are way too blurry for rural types.

do you know the phrase:

>Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety

it's not going to reduce crime, it will just give the government absolute power over normal citizens, they will be watching you 24/7 and it will be recorded forever
sounds like a dystopia to me

nobody should have such power over its people, you become cattle

and as i said above, do you think there are no criminals in the government? there is no corruption?
what if they are just evil? who is going to stop them?

i don't know how it will look in reality, but they for sure are doing it
the government knows how to reach people in the country side too, i guess
they have local officials that know the area

but the real secret has been money

they were meticulous about how they have been rolling this out, this has been planned for years all old people receive money so they became part of the "digital system", even people in the country side, who doesn't want money?

that's how they won the elections too, btw, they have absolute majority and they can change the law, unopposed
