Do what the "victim" in the other thread did, which was rack up big credit card debt, wait for a police officer to come to your house to serve you debt papers, leave your front door open a little (suspiciously), have your dog locked in the kitchen, and wait for the police officer to kill it.

Then you will get a big payout for the trauma etc of your dead dog, and then you can use part of it to pay off your CC debt, and then you can repeat the whole process (ie, get new CC and new puppy)
