AI has caused a 30% reduction in white collar entry level jobs in the united states. meanwhile the US economy has entered a technical recession because of excessively high central bank interest rates. meanwhile, tax code changes prevent full.expensing of r&d tech job expenses. compunding this problem is revolutionary improvements in automated realtime language and accent translation radically reducing barriers for ESL offshore employees for corporations. long story short, the entire american middle class has become unattainable for anyone not already securely a member. 20% unemployment is coming. the end of american economic exceptionalism will come after that. the only way out theyll allow is world war 3. thats because the only way to make the dollar valuable again is to kill off half the people and destroy two-thirds of the international manufacturing capacity.

worthless people are being laid off to increase efficiency. This will lead to job creation later.
Also, keep in mind that when companies increase efficiency, they are trying to control costs, which translates into more stable prices for goods and services and a more stable cost of living.

no it wont. efficiency means less jobs not more (fewer people can get the same job done for less money) which is good for business but not for the work force. as soon as ai and robot technology gets better this will become an even bigger problem, and the democrats solution to this will be to float more government programs and basic universal income to get votes from young people (and it will probably work). things arent going to go well the next few years

Sir, that's saving money and those savings will go to something somewhere and create jobs. It will also keep prices from rising further. It's not just about lowering prices. Also, this company might face some competition in the future, and lose some contracts to companies that are offering more competitive rates, and so it will be forced to lower costs for its clients in the future to keep them on board. These layoffs will give the company more freedom and flexibility. They might want to invest in some new business model, for example.
So stop being a retard and start thinking like a business person. You think like a simpleton, like an illiterate. And you are.
Obviously call center jobs will get the chop with Ai being so good.

Efficiency reduces work, it does not reduce jobs. Higher efficiency creates more wealth, and a lot of that wealth will end up in the hands of people who provide products and services to people.
In an inefficient and impoverished economy, for example, everyone is working and probably not even getting paid, so they don't even have jobs, they are just trying to survive performing subsistence activities like farming and goat herding or hauling water around in buckets.

in lower level jobs reducing work does in fact reduce jobs. stores have less people at basically all locations then they did pre covid because everything costs so much now. efficiency is good for the company, and good for people who work in front of a computer all day but its not good for entry level or blue collar work. why do you think unions want all these guarantees in their contracts? it has nothing to do with the efficiency of the company

Trump is secretly a nationalist and a socialist. This is a purposeful destruction of fiat growth economies and global banking hegemons.

A nation does not need imaginary money to be powerful. It needs resources. It does not need starbucks employed debt slaves to have a bigger GDP. It does not need shareholders to do well. It does not need investment bankers and their made up money.

It needs material wealth that other nations want
And it needs to be on good terms with nations that have material wealth it wants

Nothing. Else.

Also, china is currently stockpiling gold.

AI is helpful but I don't actually see it increasing productivity enough to account for a 30% decrease in white collar entry level jobs. This is an excuse that comes from CEOs making AI related threats to their workers to keep them in line.

When the GME stock thing happened, the markets/powers that be froze trading so that the goyim couldn't win even once.

They froze and stole the normie's assets to protect a shit bet by hedge funds. Enforced poverty.

Increasing efficiency is always good. Most jobs in america are bs jobs created by an overabundance of wealth which our extremely efficient economy produced for us. Most of the wealth actually came from asia's slave labor workforce that produces goods very cheaply for us.

you keep looking at the big picture saying that efficiency is always good, which if youre just talking about the country itself and the companies in it thats true. but on an individual level its going to put lots of people out of work and those people arent going to vote the way you want them to

the truth is the consumer is tapped out and it's starting to show. I wonder how many job losses were in hospitality and leisure, anecdotally I'm hearing it is a bloodbath. Bargain bin prices for places for the 4th of July holiday. There is massive capital misallocated into short term rental ownership that is going to have to be cleared. If you've been waiting for real estate prices to come down, it's starting to pick up speed.

Capital goes to all sorts of things. You want to characterize this as bad because I assume you are a communist trying to whip up am emotional reaction, like envy. People with capital generally spend and invest it more wisely than the government does.

more "tap the sign" fuckery. 99% of "private sector" government jobs are just nigger daycare because blacks are so fundamentally unemployable, white people had to make an entire genre of bullshit jobs just to make it look like they do more than collect welfare.

The problem is that productivity isn't tracking with hourly pay so we end up with more goods but not as big of a market for said goods. This Should cause the price of goods to drop but CEOs are more worried about Stock Price rather than Sales Numbers and refuse to take ANY hit to net profit (See Boeing's 737 MAX disaster and the McDonald's price increase).

The end result is rampant inflation and a steadily shrinking consumer base as the economy slowly stalls from lack of sales.

>There are no fucking jobs. My dev team was cut by 40% but we're expected to produce more than ever.
One of my first IT jobs was for a medical billing company. When I started, I was doing desktop support for about 300 users. Jeets came in about 3 years into my run there with some shitty software that 'automated' a lot of the work that the billers/coders were doing. The fact was that it was actually an army of $2 an hour jeets in the background. We'd have bi-weekly all hands where the employee count got smaller and smaller each time. Our billing accuracy went from 99.1% to 44%. They'd fire the old timers and have the ones that were left pick up the job the 2nd person used to do and fix all the jeet fuckups too. It was miserable and tragic to watch.
