Even if you take the Holocaust history at face value, the Nazis at least tried to make their exterminations quick and painless.
The typhus / starvation deaths only happened because the Allies got so good at destroying supply lines inside Axis-occupied territory.

Meanwhile Israel is *intentionally* starving Gaza, then machine-gunning them down and blowing them up for sport.
Also keep in mind that the Germans kept the conditions in the camps a secret until the end of the war.
