1. Get an Indian into Finance and HR. HR is usually pretty easy. Just need a nice Indian female.
2. HR then finds all sorts of reasons to sack Non-Indians and fill the positions with Indians - usually Indian Relatives. Nepotism is a totally acceptable activity in Indian life. You'll find whole families in a Department.
3. They then Swap out all Managers for Indians using any tactic that works, no matter how dirty.
4. They stop the CEO & Board from hearing any negativity about what is happening in the Organisation. No internal or external complaints ever reach above Managerial level.
5. Finances are done by the Indian in charge of Finance.
6. At this point the Organisation is lost. The CEO and board think they are running the Organisation. They are not and this can go on undetected for years.
7. Contracts are given to friends of Indians or the Indianโs own Company. Private Businesses are set up in nearly every Department of the Organisation using Company materials and staff.
8. Very few decisions are ever made in case they get sacked for something going wrong.
9. Eventually they replace the Non-Indian CEO with an Indian. This is the case in companies like Google, Microsoft and had already happened in Twitter until Elon Musk bought the company and sacked an enormous number of Indians.
10. Approx 50 of the Fortune 500 Companies in the US have been taken by Indian CEOs and Managers.
Time for the rest of the World to wake up and start taking back their Organisations. In the process of getting rid of Non - Indians in organisations, nearly every case could be challenged legally by the sacked person. That's difficult for someone who's just lost their job so maybe what's needed is an Organisation, purely to assist people in this position.
Once Indians are in the CEO and Managerial positions the Organisation is lost forever.
