I can't think of any real reason to dispute this. The R&D economy is heavy behind micro reactor tech, relatively quietly but also tightly linked to the AI craze, the prospect of being able to create a small town or city, at will and in emerging markets rich in resources, is a gigantic landgrab opportunity. Sowing discord and backing proxies will become more relevant than ever.
