When I was a teenager I assumed it was due to not being allowed to have sex perverted them sexually and turned them into pedos. Then when I got older I noticed how often it happens so assumed it must be because they are pedos before becoming priest and fake their beliefs to get into the church, get close to kids and abuse and rape them in the arse.

Because one of their popes back in medieval times forced all priests to become celibate (he actually enslaved their wives and children as property of the Vatican lol). Naturally a job that forbids having sex with women, but allows one-on-one access with kids is going to attract fags and pedos. They don't report each other to the police, because Roman Catholics believe that confessing your sins to a priest is the same thing as confessing your sins to God and repenting. So as a result, they just confess to another priest every time they rape a kid, say a few "Hail Marys," and everything is good as new in their eyes. The priests actually get excommunicated if they report said child rape to the civil authorities because of some extrabiblical doctrine they made up that requires priests to be sworn to secrecy. In the real world, we call this being an accessory to a crime. So eventually their entire clergy became a bunch of pedos who "confess" their sins to other pedos without ever doing anything to stop it other than shuffling around to different parishes to find new victims.

For a few reasons but it's not as if Catholics are really unique, they just got more attention with the scandal about them knowing and moving priests around to hide it.
Really any religion or other powerful organisation just provides the opportunity for abuse and opportunity IS the main factor. Sadly there are just some people out there that would take advantage of a child given the chance, so we see examples most with those positions that give that chance. Family members/family friends, positions of authority and access like teachers, priests, community leaders, etc.

Because the apostates push doctrines like not being able to have sex as a priest in marriage to a woman. So naturally it works as a perfect auto slander machine against God by using scarlet robed retards to undermine and betray the trust of people by deliberately misrepresenting Christ with yourself and then doing horrendously obscene shit to solidify that view of religion being what God intended man to do.
