Mvp hosts maintains such a list for all known ad and porn servers and makes a host file to use so they're redirected to the loop back address. Literally cannot load the page because it will resolve it to the local requester address.

Uh. I think a good solution to this would be an ISP notification opt-in where a parent would say accept to being notified of potentially pornographic content being accessed within their household they get a text message or something in the mail letting them know. This can be easily done with just the URLs of the most common porn websites. It is a good middle-ground IMO.
