Indians, like all non-Whites, conduct sexual selection according to what fathers want. So, the male population has never had to attract women but rather the fathers of women.

When sexual selection is male dominated, most people get to breed and there's no tangible discrimination (between observable genes etc.).

When sexual selection is female dominated, most people don't get to breed as there is stringent discrimination (based on sound and unsound observations made by females or males).

India in particular has had thousands of years worth of breeding conducted by a de facto homosexual selection at the hands of its elder male population being seduced by the younger male population for access to their daughters, which also made a tradition out of aborting many of its female offspring, leading to a genetic dead end that are all these Indians (and other non-Whites) today plaguing the Earth.
