I agree which is why i still help out, but i think most of the damage is self-inflicted. I think the main effect of /pol/ is to shift the right from being israel first to anglos/euros first, but the i think the effect we have on the left is minimal. Their anti-zionist culture evolved separately and is already self-perpetuating. There is a lot of cross-pollination at the journalistic level though, particularly when it comes to things like the lore behind the US-israel relationship, tracking lobby donations etc.
