In fairness, to accept this hypothesis would be to imply extremely high fault tolerance in the manufacturing of monitors, and I'm here to tell you, the industry standards vary WIDELY from brand to brand, especially with all the smaller, cheaper companies selling off-brand shit for peanuts. There is likely far more noise than you are accounting for. One should also take into account how many various radio frequencies could be fucking with your monitors' internal electronics, your GPU's electronics, as well as both your display and power cables.

Not saying what you're suggesting isn't possible, but the case you've presented is pretty thin. Develop it some more. Make a video of the phenomenon, if possible. I'd like to know more about this.
