All the commentators, all the media, all the analysts, all the armchair generals. All they do is make guesses with imperfect information full of gaps.

The same way chinks are willing to outcompete everyone in industry by working the hardest for the lowest wages and charging the lowest prices to become the world's factory, in the military space, no one is as willing as Russia to take so many losses and keep marching forward. Anyone else taking so many losses would have called it a disaster and made a deal. The frontline will freeze and Ukraine will accept the ceasefire that Trump will force upon them.
