This isn’t surprising to me at all. I just got rejected by Microsoft today, 4 rounds of interviews, everything was going great until dun da da dunnnn, the last person was a jeet. The first three interviewers? All incredibly pleasant, asked great questions, had great answers to my questions at the end. The jeet? He was 10 minutes late.
