It will take THREE EVENTS IN A ROW for it to begin. Not two. Not one. Three. And the must happen in this sequence:
Event 1.
less than 48 hours pass
Event 2.
3 to 5 days pass.
Event 3.
Each evet must be the same size or bigger than the last. They must all be connected in theme, but not done by the same actor.
If this takes place, then they will continue to happen organicaly on thier own from that point on.
Until that seuqence, nothing will happen, as you have noticed.
