Granny looks pretty spry too. When I was a kid we had a neighbor, an old guy with no wife or family, that was in his 80s. He would be out on his field all day long, cutting grass or taking care of the cows and chickens and goats etc. Skin was all leathery from the sun, but he moved like a man in his 30s. People think you need to lift weights constantly and be super fit to live to be that old, you don't. You just gotta stay active. Even a 30 minute walk every day will do it.
