Every single "right wing" party in Europe has been elected with a mandate to drastically reduce immigration/foreigners and every single one of them have failed in this. In fact, they have gone in the opposite direction.

"Democracy" clearly isn't working, but remember. The purpose of a system is what it does. So what does this system do then?
It makes people think there is a means of correcting these injustices and so they do nothing.
