Is india the most corrupted country in the world?
Indians aren't low IQ, so this can only be explained through MASSIVE, and I mean world record levels of mass hyper corruption.
BTW the 90 degree interchange wasn't built like this because of "poor planning" but because the company building it didn't want to spend more money on land permits, so they built it completely unusable and within the land they were assigned and got the government money anyway.
