Leftism as a pure economic doctrine recognizes that mass importing slave labor is bad for the working class and thus undesirable. "Leftism" as in the boutique ideology of the contemporary white bourgeoisie does indeed effectively reduce to "the highest good is whatever is worst for white people", in which capacity they're mostly useful idiots for capital in delegitimizing the former and enabling capital's exploitative labor policies

What do you mean? Lefties have always be pro-immigration, for decades now when kikes captured the left to make it about pro-multiculturalism and pro-identarian.

Yes the original leftists were indeed pro-worker which is automatically anti-immigrant as immigration depresses wages and worsens the negotiation position of the worker, but those lefties are dead or retired now.
