This is a company, registered in the UK, of which Will Stewart is the director. Will Stewart is THE most prolific writer of articles about Russia published in the UK and has written at least 600 in the last 2 years, so nearly 2 per working day, which is a prodigious output on just the one subject.
The interesting this is, no Moscow correspondent has ever met "Will Stewart". Nobody posting his articles has a picture of him for their byline.
It's like this guy doesn't exist.
And he probably doesn't. Will Stewart is very likely a pseudonym used by a bunch of MI6 agents to spout anti-Russian propaganda in the UK press.
The journalist with her actual name on this article is herself dubious, because she has apparently penned 10,191 articles and counting all by her lonesome and her bio stated she held several jobs before becoming a journalist.
But, as the Guardian journalist who wrote Flat Earth News wrote in that book - most journalists these days aren't journalists. Most "journalism" consists of taking pre-written articles off the wire services like AP and Reuters, putting your byline on it and then publishing it in whatever outlet you work for i.e. most journalists don't write any fucking articles, they at best edit others work.
It is not uncommon, in fact it's very common, for thinly disguised adverts, think tank bullshit and government propaganda to get published as "news". Something like the Metro will publish it's own work about 10% of the time.
