Most EVs give better bang for the buck in terms of ride quality, material quality and interior design vs price. That being said nobody buys that shit other than diehard EV nerds because until recently no EVs other than teslas had access to a functional reliable nationwide fast charge network. Teslas may be objectively inferior cars as standalone products but the existence of the supercharger network is such a benefit that none of that other shit remotely matters. Until someone else builds a competitor network, or tesla expands the supercharger network enough that its universal sites can accommodate all other ev owners, they're the only show in town for the average car buyer who's considering EVs.
