That's not how it works though. If you don't pay your debts, nobody will ever do business with you and only way you will be able to borrow money is with exorbitantly high interest rates which will tank the growth and economy and dry up the foreign investment in your bonds and stocks markets. Economy is all about the trust in stability of the system and promise of return on investment. You fuck that up, you become a nigger in everybody's eyes.

Theoretically, that crypto trick could ***potentially*** work, if the goverment buys enough crypto while it's realtively cheap.
Even if it has only $1 billion dollars woth of BTC, the goverment could do a psyop to pump the shit out of the value in to the moon (40k times) and once it's networth reaches the $40 Trillion, use it to pay the FED. Not sure if the FED would accept the payment and if it did not sure what would happen to the economy after that (hyperinflation?).

Not how it works.
The federal government doesn't bring in enough revenue from taxes and tariffs to cover the budget. It has to borrow money, which it does by selling US Treasury securities to anyone who wants to buy them. People only buy them because they pay interest.
If the government stopped repaying those securities then people would stop buying them and the government would run out of money and wouldn't be able to pay federal employees, which there are about 20 million of if you include contractors.
The government technically can issue currency out of thin air, but that's a fast track to hyperinflation.

Employment numbers already got revised down.
Consumer spending already slowed.
Manufacturing in the US actually cutting jobs due to high input cost.
Also, the fact you expect tariffs to immediately crash the economy means you have no idea what you're talking about. inventory, ordering, manufacturing is planned months if not years ahead of time. Tariff scare today translate into decreased orders months down the line, leading to shortages in the future, translating to much higher prices.

I don't remember this being a concern to Democrats from January 2021-January 2025, and I also don't remember Democrats being concerned when Trump caved and did the COVID payments.

What I do remember were Democrats kvetching when Steve Mnuchin, Trump's first Treasury Secretary, wanted to require that COVID payments be repaid in the next tax season. This was another thing Trump cucked out on, and while we still would've had inflation it would not have been anywhere close to 9 and 6%.

Let's say the US bids up the price of bitcoin by buying as much as it can, that would be money going into the economy, causing inflation but also increasing US debt. But let's say they could somehow increase the price of bitcoin faster than they increase their debt, so they end up with like $100T in debt, and holding $100T in bitcoin. They then sell all their bitcoin, so that they can settle all of their debt. But selling all that bitcoin will be a rug pull that reduces its value.... so they need people buying into bitcoin to push up its price while they try and sell to pay off their debt... but the main thing that pushed up the price of bitcoin was their borrowing... so, you see, there is a problem here.... they would need a lot of bag holders.

I don't know about Singapore, but Japan was the first social state.
They spent a fortune on growing their population after the war, but then they ran out of room and stopped breeding.
Now they don't have the growth to pay off the massive debts accumulated over the years.
Singapore is probably worse.

No, it's true. The US can continue to have indefinite fiscal deficits so long as it controls the world economy. It's military dominance is a key part of what allows them to do that. For example, Russia and Iran try to sell raw resources outside of the US system, so they get sanctioned, and if they try to break the sanctions, then they get war.

If the US lost currency reserve status and was no longer the "global hegemon", then they would have severe difficulty maintaining their fiscal deficit and they would probably have to default (well, they would have defaulted before it got to that), but anyway, if the US were no longer number one then its debt would be much more risky.

I’ve sailed to Punto Fijo - anchored there with the Black Fleet. The scale of sanction dodging isn’t a few rogue shoddy tankers - it’s a fucking armada of ships loading and transhipping oil at sea from refineries with gas flares blaring as far as the eye can see.

Other countries would just stop using our money as the world reserve currency and drop us as a trading partner which would then double nigger nuke our country because our economy exists mostly outside our own damn country.
It's not a matter of getting us to pay up, it's a matter of making sure that other countries don't just tell us to fuck off. It's the main reason why we have the biggest military in the world and are constantly shitting on smaller countries while feeding them our money supply.

GDP amounts the "value" you create so if you have 3 parties buying from each other, you can actually earn unlimited GDP. this is a known loophole by economist since decades ago that inflate GDP number. and people should switch to "net" DP instead using "gross" DP
moreover, with the advent of AI, GDP will be much worthless because they can literally create "value" out of thin air and replicable by everyone

Despite saying they would check my tax returns etc, they did not. I attempted to cancel Medicaid and they couldnt understand why I would want to cancel. I was stuck in endless transfer loops. I never used it, and I gave up and figured they would check my tax return. They never did. Renewal time comes around, and I dont send in the paperwork. Finally, they do cancel my Medicaid for "failure to submit renewal paperwork" Not because I didnt qualify, I never did and they never checked. The system is broken and people that dont qualify shouldnt have it...yet many do and given my experience they wont even check. Its absolute nonsense.

Even cheaper, go after the criminals or make deals with the buttcoin holders like the Dread pirate. It was easier then, a little harder now as the scale gets larger still less adoption than 20%. Which gives plenty a buffer to do some new basel accords or cryptodoller agreement. CBDC or stablecoin kinda sucks ass so we are probably going to hyperinflate before they do any real shit tho.

so democrats spending trillions to build infrastructure projects like high speed rail is evil socialism
but trump spending trillions on tax cuts for already wealthy billionaires is based and red-pilled
how is it even possible to CUT social safety nets CUT medicaid and at the same time ADD trillions in debt
it's just fucking retarded as fuck and makes no sense

That wouldn't work.

>BTC as legal tender
How could you simultaneously have USD and BTC as legal tender when their values aren't directly linked?

>Federal reserve is forced to accept $100T in bitcoin as valid payment
The debt isn't held (entirely) by the fed, it's held by holders of US Treasuries.

>Instantly crashes in value after the pump scheme so doesn't cause inflation
But, that would be after the fed took it? So... this means the fed ends up being the bag holder?

The fed is like a magic ledger. It can magically create funds in the ledger so it can buy US Treasuries from Treasury holders... it has already done this in the past, they call it "open market operations" and it causes inflation. They currently hold about 16% of US govt debt.

So let's say they do more OMO and they take possession of US debt in exchange for new money that they hand out, stimulating demand for treasuries. This just creates inflation. It's a tool they already have, they don't need btc to do this. They did this during COVID, for example. They certainly will be doing this going forwards, because the US Govt continues to borrow much more than it can afford to. The Fed will just try to balance it so that they don't have to create more inflation than they need to.

I’m the most retarded, folks. Nobody’s more retarded than me. People come up to me all the time, they say, ‘Donald, how do you do it? How are you so retarded?’ And I tell them, it’s a gift. I was born with it. Some people have brains, I have... whatever this is. Tremendous, really.
We cut billions in funding for social programs and still added trillions to the debt. True story. People said, ‘Mr. Trump, that won’t work.’ But I did it anyway, because I’m a visionary. The social programs were gutted, the national debt increased, and you know what? Everyone was amazed. They said, ‘Only Trump could do that. The most retarded thing we’ve ever seen.’

Even Einstein - smart guy, but not as retarded as me - he would look at me and say, ‘Mr. Trump, you’re truly one of a kind.’ And I’d say, ‘Thank you, Einstein, but I already know.’ Nobody does retarded like me. Believe me."
