There's literally 100s of Chinese academic journals that publish nothing but AI written papers. There was a big scandal 2 years ago involving Springer (a major academic publisher) selling its imprimatur to such journals. Academic fraud is standard operating procedure in China and most Western labs don't even bother trying to replicate their experiments because its all just a waste of time and chemistry.

i wish this concept was explored MUCH further. some of the consequences are obvious. like the success of slogans and sound bits upon people who can't read.
a 6th grade reading level is harry potter for example.. and i was curious about this concept a couple days ago and looked up some passages and they are incredibly simple sentence structures.
you have to think critical thinking skills are heavily effected by such handicaps as well. ironically there are not many books on this topic.. (how societies can be transformed (or resist transformation) or be influenced and the ways in which such people can be influenced on a mass scale based on the populations proclivity for reading.

The Department of Education did not do what you think it did. It basically just forced racial integration and allocated federal grants to state school systems for whatever propaganda was being pushed that year. Education is handled at the state and local level in the US.

I'm asking this is pure honesty, why is it allowed? PISA and OECD require every nation to sample test across their entire country. If some tard kid in Bumfuck Nowhere, Alabama exists, he drags down the US score. But China is allowed to cherry pick only testing private schools in 4 major cities. No other country is allowed to do this, if they don't test according to the rules their results for that year are thrown out. Unless they are China.

Context for those unaware, pic related. You'll always see China labelled as China (B-S-J-Z) or asterisked as China**. BSJZ = Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang. The only 4 places they test in, so the rural tards don't drag down the scores like every other country.

And with this context in mind, why should any of us ever believe anything about education results out of the CCPs mouth?
