Take for example the current Big Beautiful Bill. That bill sucked and would not pass. Actually, if Third party was 1/3 of Congress, then there would always be a super majority for the issues that matter. But right now it's 1/2-1/2, which means some have to always flip to be 51-49 to get anything done. It is in the best interests of the 2 party system to have only 2 parties as this means neither has to bend over for another party
