People were making comments about how burning down the office would nit destroy the records.
People on parole, particularly pedophiles and those convicted of domestic abuse, would likely be required to “psychological counseling” sessions, which would be considered privileged medical sessions, with restricted records.
If those counseling sessions were held at the parole office building, then burning the building would potentially eliminate the records.
Counseling sessions like this occasionally require longer travel times since the sessions aren’t available everywhere.
The sessions would also be a good place to recruit individuals pissed off with the world.
