The people that do that are the people that are forced by circumstances to live with them, such as any Americans that haven't fled from the city, Americans that work in a diverse workforce, etc. The only way to get along with a bunch of tribal Africans is to play to their strengths. That means that if you're in a diverse environment like a diverse school system, you praise Asians for being smart. Mexicans are having good food and blacks for being really vibrant and good at sports. It's a survival strategy like Stockholm syndrome, especially because if you don't get along with any group, the administrators will rapidly remove you. You'll be expelled or fired or banned. The same philosophy is why beauty competitions constantly vote for blacks to win because everyone is falling all over themselves. Prove that they aren't racist because if someone could prove they were racist, they would get banned for the organization instantly

Even worse, white people have to intentionally dumb themselves down and act black when they're around black people which is why white people from urban areas where saggy clothing backwards, baseball caps, talk and Ebonics etc. Because if you act like a traditional whites conservative culture which can even include enunciating words normally, the blacks Target you. You also have to pretend that gang, culture and constant violence are normal that the optimum beauty standard is not uphill blonde girl but rather a curvaceous black one. And if you see a white girl with a black girl, you have to pretend that the black girls at least is attractive as the white girl or else you're racist. If a white man is ever with a white girl they become targeted because that's proof that they're racist. In short urban America is total hell for white people and when you go to the city cores you will only see maybe 1/50 people being white. In fact you don't even see latinos or lightskin blacks, the city centers are totally owned by pure charcoal blacks that drive everyone else out with a combination of violence, psychological warfare, and state mandated DEI enforcement.

Almost every black adult I've known has a felony conviction, even my old female school teacher neighbor.
