There's no reason that ANYONE can't vote in person if they're a US citizen. Half of the people I see that vote in person are 60+ with walkers. The disabled and non driving elderly can get rides from friends, family, their nursing facility, church, charity, etc. If you are too disabled to literally get out of your house with a ride or you're bed ridden / in hospice etc then honestly you have no business voting. Voting should be reserved for US citizens that have a stake in the future of our country. People on their deathbed and people who are too retarded to leave the house have no stake in the future of the country. It's that simple. The town clerk is where they do all the BS about checking your residency.

I cal tell you from experience, when I lived in NYC during 2020 I got several mail in ballots (for the dem primary) sent to my apartment for past residents. There would have been absolutely no way to monitor those and no doubt everyone around me got the same thing (my apartment wasn't anything special). Add on top of that for in person polling they CANNOT ask you for ID. They ask for your name. in cities you have a pretty good chance at just saying a name and having it be on the roll. There would be nothing stopping someone from fraud. They also encourage people in NYC to get licenses etc for non citizens then use those IDs to register to vote.

You can vote as many times as you want just by going to your local property records website where full name and address is listed and start mailing in votes. If you want to do it right you need to wait for people to vote and use only the names of people who did not vote. You can mail in the vote postmarked by election date so you can easily wait for voting places to close.
