Although it's not cheap, couples today can select the eye colour (very accurately) and hair colour (somewhat accurately) of their children. Doesn't rely on CRISPR or anything, just embryo selection during IVF.

I think over the next few years this will have a non-negligible effect on the number of blond, blue-eyed children born in the west.
