If the German government was smart they’d capitalise on his intelligence and use it to boast internationally about how smart they are and how they’re advancing tech globally. It’d bring them more attention, more economical strength and greater exposure.
It’d be a net positive for Germany.
But no, let’s demonise him instead, let’s demonise his intelligence and his inventions and deny him the opportunity to build things with wood and embarrass our country on the world stage instead because we’re scared of our own unintelligent populace who we chose to import using said inventions for harm. Let’s just stamp out our citizen’s ingenuity and kill off anybody that tries to advance us as a collective.
Someone that becomes too smart becomes a threat, right? Someone that can make things out of wood, and use their brain, is a threat.
