The US quite deliberately provides nothing for Ukraine's air force, because those stockpiles are preserved for conflict with China.

China is deluding itself if it seriously thinks an oppourtunity will present itself before this Ukraine conflict settles into a frozen war. What this should have demonstrated to them unequivocally is that there will be no BRICS alliance, no axis of resistance. If they fight the world they'll fight it alone.
