It's not that bad. Only couple mm up from where I was in my early 20s, but I am basically 30 so I'm not surprised its creeped some. Could be worse. Quite a few guys who look like Burns in their mid 20s at my work. Probably all the onions filler and seed oil heavy diets they were brought up on. They wear caps to hide it, but the cap cooks their follicles, and it accelerates the decline.

Do need to get more cardio in to lean out, but the department I'm railroaded into is sedentary most of the day. Only real solution is to cut my calorie intake by half, and eat mostly protein and fat. Will probably have to start night walking / jogging again, but my work/sleep schedule doesn't permit on top of other necessities at the moment. The easy solution is intermittent fasting, but it doesn't work because I need a high protein intake for the job I do, and to not get constipated I need carbs, but that traps me in at a certain weight, which perpetuates the cycle. The solution there would be to take fibre pills and lean into a carnivore diet. It's not easy and I've tried many different things to try and find a fix for it in this department. Jogging is probably going to be the solution.
