The way I see it is each competing power (US, Russia, China, Israel) use the weaknesses of their competition to their advantage. So each of them have their own bot farms which latch on to organic distrust or cultural schisms and try to amplify them. Even the US and Israel could be behind pushing anti-semitism because more perceived anti-semitism gives them more of a public "issue" that they need to fix with legislation.

It used to be the case that bot spamming was only utilized by glowies, so when you noticed it you'd know that whatever narrative the bots are pushing is the wrong one. But nowadays pretty much any individual or group can utilize bot spamming to push any narrative. Some bots will push anti-white rhetoric, some will push pro-white rhetoric. You can no longer use the presence of bots to validate or invalidate a narrative.
