For the majority of people, more saturated fat in your diet will lead to heart disease in the future but heart disease is more complex than just saturated fat alone (it's not the sole cause). Dietary cholesterol is also complicated, some people are super responders to dietary cholesterol and some people aren't affected at all. But you could test your bodies own response to both saturated fats and dietary cholesterol using blood tests to know for certain if it is something you have to worry about or not.
To believe that independent researchers and countless studies find similar results is all a conspiracy that held for almost a century now is pretty crazy. If you could prove that saturated fats are healthier than seed oils and everyone else is wrong, your name would go down in history. People have tried to prove this scientific fact wrong but they've all failed to do so.
