my lawyer dropped the ball in several other instances, presumably on purpose to sabotage my case
and on top of all this they are renewing it indefinitely with no new evidence

the MN gun rights organizations refuse to help, I contacted them and explained, they responded "we'll look into it" and then they ghost me.

I didn't appeal the red flag order last year, but after the renewal I am going to.
But I doubt I can find a trustworthy lawyer that won't sabotage my case. Most refuse to even consider taking the case.
So I am planning to do the appeal myself and challenge the constitutionality of the law itself under the Bruen decision and the constitutionality of the application of the law due to the fact they did the order explicitly because of my supposed beliefs.
