Both are viable options and both are required.

Reforming the system means thousands of people have to study constitutional law and become constitutional lawyers. It means based people becoming cops, lawyers and judges and putting in effort. It means parents running for school boards to keep the cancerous ideologies out of the schools.

Creating an alternate system means creating communities of farmers with solar, water wells, gardens, animals, homeschooling communities, etc. Aka like a neo-Amish type society that doesn't depend on the system.

Making money...get educated in some trade or degree that you can use to make money. This will help you in all areas of your life.

It may take a year or two, depending on how thick skinned you are, but, after you've accepted reality for what it is and learnt to be comfortable with it, you'll be at peace. When I got redpilled, I overdosed. Hard. I wanted to go back to being bluepilled, but I knew I couldn't return. I tried, but failed. In the back of my mind, I couldn't accept all the lies normalfaggots kept repeating on the daily. I couldn't accept them as fact now when I knew the truth. So, instead of wanting to return to being bluepilled, I accepted the redpill. The only real advice I can give you is to put it on the backburner and do something else. Let is simmer whilst you focus on moar important stuff. Don't become obsessed with it. Or, at the very least, try not to. Go play a game instead. Take your mind off things. Occupy your mind with something else. After a while, the redpill won't scare you any longer. Reality won't scare you any longer.
