You have to take all of Donetsk first, which you declared officially a part of Russia. Your country has only just barely taken Luhansk. You can't push Sumy and Kharkhiv all that well until you've taken Donetsk anyway, which is where the most intense fighting has always been, even since 2014.

The most important strategically is Donetsk. The front is massive and only so much resources can be deployed at one time and in specific areas for offense, just holding the front takes less than half of the resources of pushing the front in any specific area. Ukraine may not be able to hold out in any front longterm, but it strategically is best for Russia to take and hold Donetsk as soon as possible. Wrapping things up within 2 years would be the best outcome for everyone.
