First off just start financially ruining anyone who hires them in any capacity. Charge like $50,000 a pop and completely ruin the big developers as a lesson to the others, they also deserve it for making shitty houses. In addition we could raise about 5-10% of all males between the ages of 18-45 and have them kick everyone out, put a bounty on each illegal they catch. Have a 4 week train course and contract everyone for 2 years. The quickest way would be to put a deadline then after that put a dead or alive bounty on them and require everyone to have an ID while this is going on. Make it mandatory to speak English for anyone in the country with the exception of tourists and ban tourism from the top countries invadering us. We could do it but the powers in place wont do anything. Feel free to rally to me and I will conduct the above and more, only requirement is having no fear.
