I notice that Conservatives always like to whine, complain, bitch, and moan about mainstream media, but it seems that for whatever reason, whenever Conservatives try to produce their own mainstream content, it never takes off. Why do you think that is?

It used to be that all mainstream media was influenced at one point by conglomerative narratives, which soon deteriorated into a handful of spantomomes slogans that inevitably ended up targeting children. The modern conservative attitude toward msm hasn’t changed and that’s because what’s good is common sense. It doesn’t have to be publicized and rendered as mass media. Conservatives always win this argument.

Outside of maybe the Hallmark Channel and American Family, I can't think of any more Conservative media outlets that went mainstream in a meaningfully competitive capacity. And even those two were very niche and had ratings that didn't come anywhere close to the mainstream.

That’s the problem with art and media, competition. Depending on who you’re catering to whether or not I want to look for something inspiring or just have background noise makes their job more difficult.

Think of this, energized electronic media zapping you with images and sounds that are supposed to (blank) you? Mainstream media is drip-fed brain damage, so conservatives have every reason to give up this most likely soon to be passing “art form” of mass produced public media.
