Hezbollah is apparently disarming as well. All of Iran's proxies are collapsing and the Houthi's have gone radio silent.

Not that strange if you know middle eastern history. The civilians of Gaza hate Israel but they also hate Hamas. Hamas was not supposed to be allowed into power but they won in an upset election in 2007.
Msny Gazans used to work in Israel since Israeli jobs paid 3x what Gaza jobs paid.
Peace with Gaza is possible if a moderate gets into power. Basically Israel and Gaza could have peace but for Hamas, but it will take a lot of work on both sides. It's way more complex than this but that's the skinny

You would obviously know a lot more about the situation than me, but what I heard is that the Lebanese government has been emboldened by how weak Hezbollah has become and is turning the screws on them to reassert its sovernigty. But that's just shit I've read on the internet from 6000 miles away so...

Iran has no good way of supplying Hezbollah with Assad gone, and it seemed that Iron Dome had made Hezbollah's rocket arsenal mostly useless anyway. Hezbollah seems like a lost cause at this point.
The Houthis seem to be still as alive and kicking as ever, messing with Red Sea traffic and preventing Israel from building up missile interceptor inventories.
Hamas is more of a Qatar proxy, as far as I know

I think the pager attacks cripped them by taking out all their leadership and veteran fighters too, but the fall of Assad was a death blow. As for the Houthis, they haven't done anything lately afaik, and only fired off a couple rockets at Israel during the war. They seem to have been neutered or are out of stuff to fire. I dunno.

They're trying to buy time and keep their weapons until regional conditions somehow become more favorable. It's likely that Lebanon will enter another period of escalation if their intransigence persists as it's very improbable that the government will enter in direct confrontation with them. Right now they're still using empty slogans like "National Dialogue" which any Lebanese can immediately recognize as a way to endlessly waste time.

I don't think the pager attacks really mattered much. Nasrallah said Hezbollah could raise over 100k men. The pager attacks are said to have injured about 4k people. So it doesn't seem like a huge difference. Israel isn't invading anyway except for some minor incursions; they're dropping bombs, and Hezbollah can't do much to deter such air strikes.

As for the assassinations, it seems Hezbollah quite quickly figured out how the Israelis were tracking them. New leadership including Naim Qassem are still alive. Presumably, Hezbollah became more careful with the use of phones and other electronics. So Hezbollah should've had plenty of time to reconstitute the command chain.

The Houthis just fired off more missiles at Israel and attacked another ship in the Red Sea

Have any theories been proposed how the Israelis track Hezbollah people? Phones, car electronics or other electronics? Or is it entirely anti-Hezbollah factions in Lebanon telling the Israelis about Hezbollah peoples' locations?

They actually don't, Muslims respect Christians more than atheists and Jews and normally allow them to do their own thing. The only exception is death cults like ISIS but every Muslim country has small Christian minorities that are left alone to a high degree, and are only attacked by terrorists who are not affiliated with the government and normally belong to ISIS/Salafist sects.

From the way they do assassinations, it seems like they have some sort of system that takes in data from everywhere and integrates it to give comprehensive intel on daily routines etc: OSINT and face recognition to find Hezbollah-affiliated people from local community social media, surveillance drones for when they're on the road or near "suspicious" locations, hacked IOT devices for indoors, spyware on smartphones owned by Hezbollah members or their relatives, infiltrated communication networks. It's not just one thing.
Highly doubt they need to rely on a human element for low-level assassinations.

Easily
Hezbollah is just mercs so offer them more money to spy for Israel then collect $1m cheque and move family to Tel-Aviv.
Whenever it seems like these groups are 'randomly targeting' civilians they're probably aiming at their old members who took the deal and relocated.

Every terrorist outfit is just men being paid a salary to fight hardly any of them have actual real convictions. The one's who do are also easy to turn if they have a falling out with the group and get demoted then those guys seethe and willingly approach Mossad to turn on their disloyal comrades. We're talking about desert dwelling brown people imagine a drama filled jeet but with 10x more seething. Controlling them is child's play that's why jews steamrolled them and are still killing commanders every week

Man who are you fooling? They fucking HATE Americans as much as they hate Jews. This board is regularly bombarded with Muslim propaganda calling Americans Jewish golems and zogbots and other shit, all of it stems from their belief that we are all collectively guilty for the crimes committed by Israel. They don't call us the Great Satan as a joke, they literally believe we are evil and would happily slaughter all of us.

So naturally I care nothing for how many of them are killed, not even the children. If they're going to wish for my death for the accident of my birth into this country, then fuck them. They can all die.

The "death cults" or "extremists" are the vanguard of the "moderates" who are always conveniently silent about the wrongdoings of their communities.

You're very naive if you think Israel wants peace with them. They want to displace them so they have sovereignty over the land.

Also, the West Bank has "moderate" leadership and Palestinians there aren't exactly living in "peace" are they?

There will never be peace if you keep building settlements and keep treating Palestinians like 2nd class citizens, then turn around and claim theyre the aggressor.

You cant have it both ways. Either:
>Theyre rebelling against their oppressor
OR
>They are their own nation that starts war with their neighbor

But since theyre neither (how convenient) this will never and surprise surprise, thats exactly what Israel wants.
