There is nothing conservative about modern white republicans in TX. Being conservative in that state means flooding Texas with spics to do cheap labor instead of paying white men a living wage + health benefits, importing a shit load of chinese and indians for white collar work, and spending taxpayer money on Israel.

Texas has lots of natural resources (especially oil/nat gas) and tends to attract the business men, which are normally right-leaning. CA used to have some oil in the early 1900s but largely is gone now. it then got infested with liberal douchebags that just want to serve their free-loading Mexican populace.

fun fact: the reason why Beverly Hills is historically a wealthy place is because, early on, it was one of the few places where clean water was able to be found.
