There appears to be a Darwinian selection pressure that favors societies that hate women, and it's not clear how we can fix the problem without resorting to hand maids tale type social restructuring.

Can this be fixed reasonably? Are we just doomed to die out unless we chain women back into the kitchen?

It's not about hating women. It's about just putting them to work at what they're good at - making babies.

It's easy to see that sitting them in college class rooms during their prime reproductive years is hugely detrimental to their ability to reproduce.

Post the graph of female happiness rates and you'll see it's the opposite.
They want boundaries, it's why they push them in the hope you're strong enough to enforce them or will collapse so they can find someone who will.
