There's no way there is going to be a near peer conflict between america and china. America will lose if it even attempts it. Chinese are just that more advanced AND they are building a shit ton of allies with brics, 70% of the world currently BTW.

No one thinks Chinese soldiers marching down their streets is a good thing. Some think Russian soldiers are good. Most would settle on white U.S. soldiers occupying them. There are cartel controlled towns in Mexico that would not mind if the U.S. invaded them and occupied them like Iraq to kick out the cartels and corrupt Mexican government. South Korea may have gotten tired of U.S. occupation but it is preferable to North Korea.
